make sure you have the following documentation which will speed the

preparation of your return:

• Completed Tax Organizer 

• Copy of prior year tax return (new clients only)

• Change in address information, if any

• Change in banking information (for direct deposits)

• Change in dependents

• Information on any major changes from the prior tax year.
